Hi, I'm Alex Keeton.

I founded Local Hand Real Estate in Fredericksburg, Virginia to give agents something the big platforms don't: a professional home online that's entirely about them.

I spend my working days around agents and brokerages, and I kept seeing the same thing. Great agents with years of happy clients, and when you searched their name you found a portal profile and a roster photo. So I started building the page they actually needed.

Every site is built by me, reviewed by you before it launches, and made from materials you own or have permission to use. I won't invent reviews, inflate your numbers or promise you rankings.
